The company has been established over 30 years and has specialised on the systems relating to the carriage of LPG on fully refrigerated and semi-pressure vessels. All personnel within the company are experienced engineers with extensive knowledge of the marine industry, covering the electrical and instrumentation aspects of the vessels design and including the cargo custody transfer, IMO and class requirements.
Marine Electrical Services can offer a full calibration service including overhaul of most types of Gauges, DP Cells, Controllers and Electro/ Pneumatic equipment. The supply of replacement units to suit existing systems with where possible refurbished equipment to suit the older vessels in service with the emphasis of reducing costs appreciably.

Our electrical engineers will travel to site, to test, inspect, or service your equipment, whether it be a complete alternator service or just checking for faults. If required your equipment can be removed and returned to our factory.

Mechanical Engineering Services:

Cargo grade changeovers, overhaul, repair and commissioning of submerged and deepwell pumps and compressors in the marine gas/ chemical industry.
Overhaul, servicing and testing of cargo tank relief valves.
Sourcing and supplying spare parts for all types of pumps and relief valves for LPG tankers and related maritime vessels.

TANK CLEANING

Slurry removal from industrial and marine tankers has always been difficult and time consuming. The salaroll peristaltic pump with its exceptional suction and discharge pressure makes it possible to lift high viscous slurry to the top of the tank opening.

Solid particles up to 40mm ( 1.5� ) can pass through without damaging the system. The unique design allows for self priming and enables the pump to safely run with a completely dry suction, without depending on a by-pass or other easily blocked device. The pump can be fitted to a stationary or portable base for stability and mobility.
